Privacy Policy

This is a template privacy policy for Ledger Flow. It describes, in plain terms, what data we collect and why. Have this reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on it for a live product — data protection requirements (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA, etc.) depend on where your users are and what you actually do with their data.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password (via Supabase Auth).
• Household financial data you enter: bills, income, properties/businesses, amounts, dates and notes.
• Billing data: Stripe handles your card details directly — we never see or store them. We store your subscription status, Stripe customer/subscription/invoice identifiers, entitlement history, and signed-webhook processing records.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Ledger Flow service to you and the household you belong to: displaying your bills and income, computing forecasts, and processing subscription payments. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only members of your household (people who joined via your invite link). Data is isolated at the database level so no other household can read it.

Where it's stored

In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) project. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Both are sub-processors acting on our behalf.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your financial data at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us — see below.
